Its Important.

Its unfortunately often not until you reach middle age that you notice you have become what you ate!
I'm not going to go into the science of metabolism or nutrition. 
However the health of your joints, muscles, gut, respiratory and nervous system are now showing what you've fed them with all these years. 
The good news is that its not too late!!
I have seen many people turn their situations around quite quickly by attention to better food!

Get Support

Being heavier than you want to be is an issue for many people. They can see what they need but they struggle to get to their goals.

I have learned however that often weight control needs repeated attempts to achieve.

So keep going and keep trying.

Get help, get support, SEE YOUR DOCTOR, change your environment and your head space.

Stop saying you are overweight and start saying you are working on your overall health. Look at why you are overweight. 

Is it a sedentary life..is it alcohol, large meals or poor diet?

You will be surprised how simple changes make so much difference.

The Healthy Ones... 
1. Eat a little of every thing.
2. Don't eat massive meals.
3. Don't over indulge.
4. Rarely skip breakfast.
5, Are happy to fast now and then 
6. Keep alcohol intake low and
7. EAT LOTS OF VEGES!!
